Poor orphaned Mary Lennox gets packed off to her uncle's draughty old manor, where she's got to rub shoulders with no-nonsense servants and figure out what those spooky noises are all about. Spoiled rotten as she is, she soon finds a hidden garden that's every bit as wild and ignored as her own bad attitude. Pottering about in the dirt, befriending a few locals, she ends up reviving not just the weeds but her whole outlook.

Frances Hodgson Burnett's timeless tale shows how a bit of fresh air and green fingers can work wonders on a grumpy soul. The Questors Youth Theatre crew bring this one to the stage with their usual youthful gusto.
