An interactive and informative class to guide expectant moms and dads throughout the main steps of pregnancy, childbirth, postnatal period.

The Class will be divided in 2 sessions - Mon/Wed.

By the end of these two sessions will have awareness of what to expect during the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal period. Such as:

-Baby Bathing

-Safe Sleeping (Preventing SIDS - Cot Death)

-Change Nappies

-Stages of Labour

-When it's the right time to attend Maternity Assessment Unit

-Perineal Care

-Low Risk/High Risk Care in Labour

-When things deviates from normality

-Postnatal period - Community Midwifery Care, Health Visitor, GP

-Breastfeeding
