If you love chocolate, this workshop will explain how cacao beans grow, how they become chocolate and then hand you a tray of herbs, flavourings and spices so you can invent your own tasty combinations. There will be a bit of plant biology, a bit of kitchen chemistry and the almost certain outcome of gloriously messy fingers.

The session is aimed at children aged five and over. Every person attending needs their own ticket and each participant will make a selection of chocolate treats to take home. Children must have their own ticket and be accompanied by at least one adult who also has a ticket.
