While jumping is an activity I find slightly more challenging after having children, it is something that kids just can't get enough of! Jumping, rolling and flipping, indoor trampoline parks are a kids dream, and a great way for them to expel loads of energy.

With three locations in London, Flip Out is an adventure trampoline park like no other. Flip Out in E6 boasts trampolines, stunt boxes, indoor caving and potholing, climbing walls, a lazer maze, ninja obstacle courses, foam pit, drop slides and more. Flip Out will host parties, school programs and activities including courses, classes and fitness sessions. There is even a dedicated toddler time for the mini flippers.

Zapspace is a trampoline park with a cafe, restaurant and even a bar for the parents. Visitors can join in and have an amazing time doing freestyle jump, soft play, cardio wall, a foam pit and a drop slide. They also run camps for kids aged 5-12, birthday parties and Little Zappers sessions for 1-5 year olds.

With locations in Acton, Croydon and The O2 in Greenwich, Oxygen Free Jumping is a great all ages activity with something for everyone to enjoy. There is toddler time, fitness for adults and of course plenty of free play for kids, and kidults, of all ages. They boast over 100 connected trampolines and innovative zones to get you bouncing, climbing and somersaulting. They even have a peaceful play session for people on the autism spectrum, or with sensory or learning disabilities.

Jump Giants have over 15,000 square feet of interconnected trampolines. So your kids who are fans of trampolines will have absolutely nothing to complain about. They also have a pool of 1000 cubes in their foam zone. They also offer tons of sport and fitness activities and a soft zone for the little ones.
