With three locations in London, [Link https://www.flipout.co.uk/ Flip Out] is an adventure trampoline park like no other. It is a great place to let your kids go crazy and burn off loads of excess energy. And you can get some exercise too Mum! Just watch that pelvic floor...

Located at Brent Cross, Wandsworth and London E6, Flip Out is the perfect indoor activity for rainy or freezing cold days. Because as we all know, just because it is rainy, does not mean our kids don't want to run around and have fun.

With the genius tagline of 'Flipping Brilliant Trampoline Parks', Flip Out boasts activities, classes and parties at its venues.

There is an activity suited to all ages including free jumping suitable for ages 6 months to 99 years old. Activities at each location vary, but to give you an idea of what is available, the activities at London E6 include trampolines, stunt boxes, indoor caving and potholing, climbing walls, a lazer maze, ninja obstacle courses, foam pit, drop slides and more.

Flip Out also runs a range of classes. These include:

Mini Flippers, a dedicated toddler time. Parents and toddlers can bounce together and little ones can explore and socialise, as well as develop coordination and balance.

Flip Fit to, well, keep fit! Apparently you can burn up to 1000 calories an hour while increasing your flexibility and balance with a blend of trampolining, stunt boxes and gymnastics

Flip After Dark while the resident DJ spins tunes with smoke machines, light shows and super sound systems

Little Ninjas for ages 4-14 years. Teaches kids to develop balance, coordination, agility and quick reactions.

ASD and disability sessions which are dedicated less busy sessions with appropriate sound and lighting, perfect for those with special educational needs or Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Cost: Each flip out session is 1 hour long and costs £8.95 – £12.50.
Booking: You don't have to but to secure your spot during peak periods, you can pre book online.
Good to Know: You need to have grip socks, there are lockers available and you need to sign a waiver when you get there.
