Did you know there are nearly nine million species strutting around on this planet, while we humans are still scratching our heads over just two million of them? Join us for Family Fun Day and take a delightful detour into the wild and wacky world of amazing animals. Our volunteers, scientists, and researchers will lead you on a mini-safari of sorts, diving into the unique behaviours that make these creatures tick, their incredible adaptations, and a few of those quirky 'superpowers' that leave us humans looking a bit silly in comparison.

Prepare yourself to encounter everything from resilient necks that could give yoga instructors a run for their money to those tiny critters that can't help but steal the show. We've got an array of hands-on activities, experiments, and demonstrations lined up that'll have you exploring all corners of the science world. Who knows? You might even stumble upon some staggering facts that will make you the most interesting person at the pub later. So, come ready to discover, laugh, and maybe even channel your inner animal whisperer.
