takes place at V&A South Kensington on 1 October 2025 and invites families to get stuck into odd and experimental materials, see what happens when they are mixed together, and explore sensory zones around the space. Think glue, glitter and curious textures, plus a few items whose proper use no one can quite remember.

It is a relaxed setup for little hands to investigate and for adults to exchange notes, tips or bemused commentary. Wear something you do not mind getting decorated, enjoy the small chaos, and see other families doing the same.
