Fancy making your photos look less like an accidental thumb shot and more like something intentional? This shindig is all about composition in photography, which is basically a fancy way of saying how you arrange all the visual bits and bobs within your camera frame. We will have a bit of a natter about a handful of 'rules' that are more like helpful nudges than strict commandments, designed to perk up your pictures.

We will delve into things like the trusty Rule of Thirds because sometimes, things just look better off centre, the mysterious charm of negative space, the power of lines, and the magic of shapes, colours, and even tone. If you are just starting out with your camera, or you are a seasoned snap happy sort, do pop along. The idea is for us to have a good chinwag and help everyone train their eyes to spot the brilliant bits of a scene before they press the button.
