If you fancy a bit of old?time sailing sing?along, the Cutty Sark will be humming sea shanties on the 22nd of November 2025. It's the same wooden hull that's been around a century and a half, and this year it's marking its 156th birthday with a few chords and a lot of toe?tapping.

The venue is the Cutty Sark itself, right on the Thames, so you can soak up the river atmosphere while folks belt out traditional maritime tunes. Bring a coat, a sense of humour and perhaps a propensity for clapping along; the music will be plenty, the crowd will be friendly, and the vibe will be unmistakably British.
