Notting Hill Carnival gets going in Emslie Horniman's Pleasance Park with the Panorama steelpan competition, the musical showdown that routinely gets people nodding along and wondering how anyone can make a steel drum sound like sunshine. New this year is Junior Panorama, putting the next generation of pannists in the spotlight and proving talent is contagious.

Gates open at 4pm, Junior Panorama starts at 5pm and the main Panorama competition kicks off at 8pm. Tickets for the whole evening are on sale now and the event runs from 23 to 25 August 2025 as part of the carnival.
