Everyone is welcome to My First Ballet: Cinderella at Sadlers Wells East on 12 April 2026. Its aimed at children aged three and up, featuring a nature-loving Cinderella who hangs out on the edge of an enchanted forest, back when she gardened and sang with her mum. Then loss hits, silence creeps in, and she ends up lumbered with a stepmum whose tongue could cut glass, two stepsisters louder than a pair of faulty bagpipes, and a house buried under chores and shadows.

A letter turns up inviting all to a Garden Ball, kicking off Cinderellas quest to discover who she really is, nudged along by her mums spirit and a bit of forest magic.
