Baby Steps Fitness is run by a local London mum and offers fitness classes for mums to bring their babies along to. It offers a playgroup type free childcare for the babies within the same area as the exercise class, so mums can workout within eye sight of their bub, with the reassurance that they are being looked after.
There are several classes on offer throughout the week in several London locations, as well as an adult aerobics class should you wish to work out without the kids!
Located in Putney, Yoga Mama offers a variety of classes for pre and post natal fitness, including yoga and Pilates. Their Mum and Baby yoga class allows mums to gently stretch out their bodies and work on areas that have become tight or sore from pregnancy, birth and feeding. They also teach mums how to soothe and calm themselves and their babies using breathing techniques and rhythm.

Located in South East London, the classes at Fitness for Mummies will get you exercising alongside your baby indoors and outdoors.
