A cosy, hands-on corner of the Estorick Collection set up for tiny humans and the adults who herd them. Housed in the temporary exhibition galleries, the families' area is full of tactile and creative bits and bobs aimed at children under five, so expect soft textures, messy exploration and enough sensory stimulation to keep curious little fingers busy.

Children go free when accompanied by a paying adult, and you will need to book in advance because apparently grown-up admin is a thing even for playing with paints and play dough. Adults remain responsible for their little explorers at all times.
