by Jemma Fletcher (follow)
A full day of Mamatime the perfect space for you to focus on your own personal development and self-care.

MamaClub are hosting their first ever Sunday Sessions event on Sunday 25th November a whole day of learning and self-care for mamas!

Held at The Hunter Collective in Farringdon, the event begins with a delicious breakfast, followed by a Pilates session with Anya Hayes (author of The Supermum Myth).

Afterwards, there will be TWO first class development workshops facilitated by MamaClub founder and learning expert Claire Whitehouse.

Workshop 1: Managing My Energy as a Busy Mama

Workshop 2: Ditching the MamaGuilt to be the Best Mama I Can Be

Both workshops are 3 hours long and participants walk away with a brilliant Learning Journal full of inspiration to continue the learning after the day. In addition, there will be a yummy lunch and at the end of the day, you can network with other mamas over a glass of fizz and nibbles.

Tickets are available for a full or half day. Mamas who buy a full day ticket also get access to the Rejuvenation Station where you can choose from either a mini-mani or massage!

EARLY BIRD OFFER: Full Day tickets 149 until 31st Oct (normal rate 199!). Get your ticket NOW to secure this great deal!

When: Sunday 25th November 2018, 9.30am - 4.30pm
