Infants are natural learners and soak up information like little sponges, but how do they do this so well?
Researchers at UCL's Infant-Child Lab are conducting two exciting studies to understand (1) infants’ looking preferences to visual stimuli and (2) the relationship between caregiving practices and infant language development. Led by
Dr Rana Abu- Zhaya, the researchers are currently looking for participants for these two research projects:
•INFANTS' LOOKING PREFERENCE RESEARCH STUDY
5-12 months old infants!
Compensation of £10 and a toy for 30-45 minutes at the lab
•MULTILINGUAL INFANTS CAREGIVING PRACTICES RESEARCH STUDY
5-12 months old infants from
multilingual households!
Compensation of up to £40 and a toy for a 2-day at-home study, and a 30-45 minute interview
You could participate in either one of their studies, or both!
