This is a celebration of the music we'd read overblown NME articles about, the ones we'd tracked them down on MySpace or taken a punt on when we needed to complete an HMV '2 for £10' deal.
These were the opening bands at most of our first ever gigs and festivals.

They were the bands playing on XFM every morning during the journey to sixth form, that we argued to be put on the stereo at house parties or were massive hits already by the time we were old enough to go drinking in pubs. Being an indie kid meant more than just Topshop polka-dot dresses and winkle pickers; these were the bands we thought were truly ours , at that age where music is so overwhelmingly important to your identity.

This was our era, a time long before smartphones and streaming services, where you religiously stuck to your tribe no matter what. Being an indie kid meant everything, and we hope to take you back to that time for (at least) one night only.

Strictly, only songs released in the golden era of 2001-2007 will be played, and all our DJS are digging deep in their collections of CDs to play some absolute lost classics on the night too!
