by Sally Foster (follow)
A play cafe offering classes and bespoke parties

Dream Catcher is a play cafe with a difference. You can either pop by for lunch and a play with your little one, get your kids involved in the classes, or even host a birthday or slumber party.

Located in South London, Dream Catcher has a play cafe that is open both weekdays and weekends, for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Plus of course the prerequisite coffee! The food is homemade and there is something for both adults and kids.

In fact, the kids menu is quite special as you can choose ‘tapas’ for them. Tasting plates are really popular with kids, especially picky eaters, as it gives them a chance to try lots of different flavours. Choose from items like sandwiches, fruit and vegetables and fairy cakes. They even do baby weaning plates with avocado, cucumber, breadsticks and raisins. Dream Catcher really goes out of its way to make a parents life just that little bit easier!

They haven’t forgot about the adults either, with lots of drinks, sandwiches, breakfast foods and delicious bakery items up for sale.

The actual play area for kids is great, it is bright and clean with lots of toys, ride ons, puzzles and areas set up for imagination play.

Dream Catcher hosts both parties and classes. The classes are held weekly and are run by child specialists. Classes include weekly street dancing, pop in music, toddler art and even after school club.
Starting from 5, there is a huge array of classes to suit individual age and interests. You can check out the timetable here.
