Bethnal Green Carnival and Family Fun Day is happening on Bank Holiday Sunday, 24th May 2026, from noon till 6pm at Weavers Adventure Playground on Viaduct Street, E2 0BH, just a short stroll from Bethnal Green tube. Its a casual community bash with live DJs spinning reggae, house, garage and whatever else gets feet moving, plus music tents, bouncy castles for the little ones to exhaust themselves on, face painting thatll probably end up looking like abstract art, kids games, dance performances, and stalls flogging food and drinks. Indoor and outdoor bits mean you can dodge the inevitable drizzle if it shows up.

Kids under 12 get in free but they need an adult ticket holder to shepherd them, and its all meant to be a safe spot for families from across London. Grab earlybird tickets for a fiver or concessions and members for three quid, though theyre limited so dont sleep on it. Lineup and activities might shift as these things do, and remember its a shared space, so play nice with your neighbours.
