Perfect park for all age groups

The playground is well equipped with facilities and has a seperate area for toddlers and the older kids. Children will love the interactive installations plus the logs, mounds, tunnels and huge sandpit to play in. There is a train to climb on that is perfect for imagination play and plenty of swings and big climbing structures.

Some of the climbing ropes and spider nets may make you nervous, but it is great for adventurous kids! There is a soft ground for any falls and you can rest assured that it has been designed with only fun in mind.



As well as the fantastic playground, Avondale Park also has formal gardens, a small wildlife area and a modern multi-usage games area for 5-a-side football, netball and tennis. The lawns are popular for family and organised sports and picnics.

Located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Avondale Park has been designed for nature conservation and biodiversity with native woods and fruit trees, and lots of areas for your little ones to explore and get back to nature amongst the city.

There are heaps of facilities, including changing rooms and a food kiosk for purchasing coffee and refreshments, which is always needed for a big morning or afternoon spent at the playground.
