The Story Den

Squirrels, Badger, Owl, and Rabbit all live in homes in the forest. They would love to meet you! Come along to help build their homes and listen to their stories.

The Story Den is a storytelling and plays session for children. Using our den-making kit, children will become little architects, meeting one of our adorable woodland characters and helping to build a home for them. There’ll be songs, magical lights and lots of sensory objects to play with along the way. The story lasts around half an hour, with another half an hour for free play in the den.
