At this session, you will be taught the basics of hand-building clay, including coiling and slab-building. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to throw/sculpt ceramic pieces on the potter's wheel.

Come along and experience the joy of creating your own pottery!

At Social Pottery all our sessions are designed to be fun, chilled, and creative!

We believe in the power of art and its ability to relieve stress, encourage creative thinking and bring people together.

This session is open to absolute beginners but all abilities are welcome!

What is included:

Instruction by a professional potter

2h of guided learning and making

Your own sculpting tool kit with all the tools you should need to get started

By the end of the taster class you will have 2 masterpieces made by you ( one thrown on the wheel and another one hand-built)

Once you have created your pieces, we will fire them in our kiln and ready for collection
