Family Support - Virtual Family Centre

Need help or inspiration while at home with the kids? Family Support has resources for all parents.

With families spending most of their time at home at the moment, finding ways to keep the children entertained is certainly a challenge. Family Support’s virtual family centre has plenty of FREE resources to help your family thrive at home.

Just some of the resources for families include animated story times, help with home schooling and advice guides. Family Support’s virtual centre has something for all parents, carers and children.

Parents in Hammersmith and Fulham can also access the Time to Connect support line and receive help and advice on a number of parenting issues, such as the daily stresses of parenting, and how to access services. You can also claim your FREE Dinosaur Douglas book – find out more through the virtual centre!

Prenatal mums and mums with babies up to 12 months can join a special Zoom Baby Group, while parents of all stages can tune into the live Facebook session and take part in activities as a practitioner live streams and takes your questions along the way!

There is also support for young mums, plus opportunities to practice mindfulness and yoga. Along with these interactive sessions, parents can also access home learning support for early learning, primary school and secondary school students.

You will also find help and advice for a huge range of topics, such as pregnancy, sleep, feeding, weaning, toilet training and so much more.

Family Support is trauma sensitive, and also offer a range of services for professionals, which you can see here.
