Family Activities To Get Moving

Perfect activities in London to get the whole family moving and keep active

It may be a bit of a cliche, but New Years will always be a great motivator to set health and fitness goals and start the year with a positive attitude.

Exercising and getting your body moving as a family is a wonderful way to set a positive example for your kids, its great for bonding a its also a load of fun! London may be cold right now but there is still plenty of ways to get your whole family active together!

So let's take advantage of all London has to offer and make 2019 the year that we will get moving with our families. Here is our list of ways to get started:

Trampoline Parks

We all know that our pelvic floor is not what it used to be since having kids, but how much fun are indoor trampoline parks? Just the look of joy on our kids faces when they jump for joy is enough to make us hold it in! Here is a list of some great trampoline places to get started.

Bike Rides

The best part about going for a bike ride is that it is free, great exercising and suitable for all ages. Even toddlers can sit in bike seats on the back or front of your bike! Rollerblading or Ice Skating

If it raining outside but you still have kids with excess energy to burn, why not strap on some skates and head to your nearest rollerskating or ice skating centre? Long Walks

Get off the beaten track and head to one of these gorgeous pushchair friendly walks that London has to offer. Even the littlest family members can join in the fun.

These health and fitness clubs in and around London all offer themselves as family friendly and have some great crèches and kids programs available, making it that bit easier to go and exercise.
